RTW INTEREST GROUP
IOH periodically hosts Return to Work Coordinators / WHS Professionals Interest Groups that provide an excellent networking opportunity for anyone involved in managing injuries or workplace health and safety. These meetings provide a forum to share information and seek valuable advice from like-minded professionals and seek assistance in managing challenging situations and claims.
The meetings format is one of discussion and networking with a guest speaker presenting information on relevant topics that cover a range of areas helpful to RTW Coordinators and WHS Professionals. Guest speakers can include psychologists, occupational therapists, insurers, SafeWork inspectors, protective equipment specialists, solicitors, insurance representatives and many others. Interest groups are held in Campbelltown, Parramatta, Penrith and Wollongong.
MENTORING
IOH offers a mentoring service to help RTW Coordinators and WHS Professionals. Our experience and expertise gained from working in these areas since 1984 can be used to assist you in your job and provides valuable on-the-job and updated training for you at the same time, better equipping you to deal with issues in the future.
