Payment is required prior to the commencement of the course.
Cancellations or transfers must be in writing at least five (5) days prior to the commencement date of the course. Cancellations within five (5) days of the commencement date of the course will not be refunded, however transfer to the next scheduled course is permitted at no additional charge. Alternatively a substitute delegate may attend in place of the person originally booked.
A full refund of course fees will be made when: a course is cancelled by IOH a booking is cancelled in writing at least five (5) days prior to the commencement date of the course.
